When I first looked at Halo, I thought, cool! But boy was I wrong!!! Microsoft should stick with computer games for computers, instead of trying to invade the console community. Here are my ratings(out of 10)

Content-2 (For a mulitplayer game, it has way too much violence. Duke Nukem and Quake have already used up this idea.)
So as you can see Halo is nothing more than flashy lights and neat environments. Definitely rent before you buy.

The PC version should be along a little while after the X-Box version, and it will be worth the wait. Everything will be better in the full-blown PC version, for which the game was originally designed. Also, you can know that you are not supporting Microsoft! Bungie developed this game, and they were long time mac(pc) developers, but got bought out by Microsoft for the X-Box launch. You can buy a better PC for the price of an X-Box almost… This will hopefully follow on Bungie’s Myth 2, which is probably the best online multi-player game of all time, esp with the WW2 conversion.

Dear parents…
This is a really bloody game. It really fills your kids heads with garbage. We dont want to have another Columbine do we? If your kids want an X box, the only reason is to get this game. Even if you dont buy it for them they will somehow end up owning it. If you want to give your kids the maximum clean enjoyment this christmas, go with a Game Cube, form Nintendo. The games on that system are much funner, and a lot less bloody.

this game sucks! the graphics are as good as computer graphics. the controls are bad too. why don’t game companies get it that controling movement with the left analog stick and aiming with the right just plain blows? this game is way over hyped and just plain bad. the ps2 and gamecube are way superior to this load of trash delivered on an even bigger load of trash-the xbox. bill gates should give up the gaming thing. all he did was put a computer in a big sucky black box. if they put this game on ps2 or gamecube, it will be a sad day for gaming. it was also a big mistake to put gta 3 and gta vc on xbox because now, people will be compelled to buy this waste of space system instead of the much greater ps2. people who say we halo/xbox bashers cannot comprehend such a great game are stupid. if we are smart enough to tell the world how stupid this game is, then we are smart enough to comprehend its bad graphics and bad controls. i certainly hope the second one will be better. do not buy this game!

I don’t see what’s all the hype is all about, I’m a home console gamer so I guess it’s a PC thing for PC fans (Xbox).
